The Department of Planning Services staff is requesting that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy the violations. Weld County Zoning Violation Cases Cont.: VI-0700066, Dominic Duvall ((Bethany Salzman)) Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30 and 23-3-30.1 of the Weld County Code. Noncommercial Junkyard shall be removed, restored or completely screened from the road rights-of-ways and all adjacent properties. VI-0700077, Denkai Animal Sanctuary c/o Floss Blackburn ((Ann Siron)) Chapter 23, Article 111(3), Division 1 of Sections 23-3-20, 23-3-30, 23-3-40, 23-3-40.B, 23-3-40.B.10 and 23-3- 40.H of the Weld County Code. The number of household pets shall not exceed eight(8)of one species and/or sixteen (16)of two or more species at any given time without a Use by Special Review permit for a Kennel.
