The Department of Planning Services staff has scheduled the following violations to be considered at the
January 9, 2007 hearing beginning at 10:00 a.m.. The Department of Planning Services staff is requesting
that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize legal action to remedy

Bethany: Attached is the eviction complaint I just filed, along with a copy of the
lease and the eviction notice, and a copy of the filing receipt showing that it was
filed ai 4:29pm today.
We wlIill have the process server begin service of process tomorrow. I have
scheduled the eviction hearing for January 24, to allow for sufficient time to
locate the defendants.

Tuesday morning at the Violation Hearing I will be requesting that the Board of County Commissioners
refer this case to the County Attorney's Office, but to delay legal action for 60 days (until 03/09/07).
Hopefully this will grant enough time to finish your screening endeavors. Please feel free to contact me

As we discussed on the phone earlier today, I would like to request an extension to complete the fence around my
property. I would
appreciate it if you could grant me an extension until 5-31-07. As
you know, about 70% of the fence posts are already installed, and about 15% of the pickets are installed. The recent spell
of snowy weather has made it impossible to make any progress. I'm sure that I will be able to complete the fence as soon
as things dry out.
