RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS OF DOUGLAS GRAFF, MARION RICHTER,AND MIKE
DELANEY TO BUILDING TRADES ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Building Trades Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Douglas Graff, Marion Richter, and Mike
DeLaney be reappointed to said committee as the large independent general contractor
representative, the heating contractor representative, and the electrical contractor representative,
respectively, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Douglas Graff, Marion Richter, and
Mike DeLaney to said committee, with terms to expire April 10, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Douglas Graff, Marion Richter, and Mike DeLaney be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Building Trades Advisory Committee, as the large independent general
contractor representative, the heating contractor representative, and the electrical contractor
representative, respectively, with terms to expire April 10, 2010.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 30th day of April, A.D., 2007.
