RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO WORKFORCE
DEVELOPMENT BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Workforce Development Board, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Milton Wedgewood be appointed to said Board
as a small business representative to replace Ron Wildeman, and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Dale McCall(education representative),Marilyn
Liddell (secondary education representative), Mary Freitag (small business representative), and
Ronnella Rissler(small business representative) be reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to appoint Milton Wedgewood to said board,with
a term to expire December 31, 2009, and to reappoint Dale McCall, Marilyn Liddell, Mary Freitag,
and Ronnella Rissler, with terms to expire December 31, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Milton Wedgewood be appointed to said board, with a term to expire
December 31, 2009; and that Dale McCall, Marilyn Liddell, Mary Freitag, and Ronnella Rissler be
appointed with terms to expire December 31, 2009.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by
the following vote on the 15th day of January, A.D., 2007.
