RE: APPOINTMENT OF LUELLA K1NNISON AS DIRECTOR OF WELD COUNTY LIBRARY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Elizabeth Bowers has announced her retirement as the Director of
the Weld County Library effective December 31 , 1983, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, through a selection process
have selected Luella Kinnison as the new Director of the Weld County Library.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County that Luella Kinnison be, and hereby is appointed Director of the
Weld County Library effective January 1, 1984.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of December, A.D. , 1983.
