RE: APPOINTMENT OF ED SABOE AS MEMBER OF THE WELD COUNTY
LIBRARY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County
Library Board, and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Ed Saboe be appointed
to serve on said Board to replace Evan Patterson who recently
resigned, and
WHEREAS, Ed Saboe ' s term shall be from August 15, 1983 to
May 1, 1985 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that Ed Saboe be, and hereby
is, appointed to serve on the Weld County Library Board for a
term to expire on May 1, 1985 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of
August, A.D. , 1983.
