PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
For and in consideration of the sum of one dollar and other valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, TIIE
FEDERAL LAND BANK OF WICHITA, Wichita,Kansas,hereby releases and discharges the following described land,namely: All that
part of the Northwest Quarter (NWI) of Section Seven (7 Township Five (5) North, Range
Sixty-four (64) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian; described as follows: Beginning at
a point on the West boundary of Section Seven (7), Township Five (5) North, Range Sixty—
four (64) West, 1866 feet south of the Northwest corner of the section, traversing North
34 degrees 44 minutes East for 213 feet; thence North no degrees 5 minutes West for 207 feet;
thence North 27 degrees 32 minutes East for 111 feet; thence North 54 degrees 3 minutes East
for 140 feet; thence North 43 degrees 18 minutes East for 168 feet; thence North 34 degrees
53 minutes East for 248 feet; thence North 66 degrees 20 minutes East for 367 feet; thence
North 14 degrees 13 minutes East 187 feet; thence North 64 degrees 2 minutes East for 219
feet; thence North 72 degrees 21 minutes East for 331 feet; thence North 47 degrees 25 min—
utes East for 192 feet; thence North 70 degrees 42 minutes East for 241 feet; thence North
2 degrees 10 minutes East for 70 feet; thence in a southwesterly direction along the south
bank of the south branch ofthe Platte River around "Scout Island" until the bank intersects
the West boundary of Section Seven (7); thence south along this boundary to point of begin—
ning, containing in all approximately 5.8 acres, more or less. Also all of that part of the
Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section Seven (7), Township Five (5) North, Range Sixty—four (64)
West, lying North and West of the South Branch of. the Platte River as it crosses said quart—
er section, containing 28.6 acres. Containing in both tracts 34.4 acres, more o_ r less__
From the lien of the mortgage dated November 7, 192@,executed by ly W. Plumb
as
mortgagor,in favor of said bank as mortgagee,securing a note for$ 9000.00 ,recorded in book 831 , at page 68 of
the records of mortgages of Weld County, Colorado but does not release any of the other land covered by said mortgage.
Witness the signature of said bank signed by its duly authorized officers and its corporate seal hereon impressed this 20th day
