valuation of the Weld County Assessor shall be, and hereby is, stipulated as follows:

6. Brief narrative as to why the reduction was made: Value was adjusted
based upon the general market prices per sq. ft. that were in place in the base
period, additionally the income was considered as backup for the market.
7. Both parties agree that the hearing scheduled before the Weld County Board of
Equalization on AUGUST 1 at 8:00am be vacated; or, a hearing has not yet
been scheduled before the Board of Equalization (check if
appropriate).

To Whom It May Concern:
The petitioner disagrees with the Assessors valuation and
requests a hearing. The integrity of your comparison of
properties on the property value is in question. Your
representative at the previous hearing said she could not find
any true comparison properties. The single comparison property
I found had a LP of $314, 000 and a SP of $289, 000. Case law
indicates you can only assess me for what my actual property
value is, not that of somebody else. The previous value of
$246, 764 is a more appropriate value and it was a $30, 000
increase over the previous evaluation.
