The integrity of your comparison of properties on the property value is in question. Your representative at the previous hearing said she could not find any true comparison properties. The single comparison property I found had a LP of $314, 000 and a SP of $289, 000. Case law indicates you can only assess me for what my actual property value is, not that of somebody else. The previous value of $246, 764 is a more appropriate value and it was a $30, 000 increase over the previous evaluation.
