ASHER WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, on the 2nd day of December, 1981, considered the request of William C. Asher for a mobile home as a principal dwelling on a parcel of land, more particularly described as follows: Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 2 North, Range 62 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Department of Planning Services staff recommends approval conditional upon the applicant obtaining approval of the septic permit from the Weld County Health Department prior to obtaining a building permit, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the applicant, finds that said request should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that the request of William C. Asher for permission to place a mobile home as a principal dwelling on the above des- cribed parcel of land, and conditional upon obtaining approval of the septic permit from the Weld County Health Department prior to obtaining a building permit, be, and hereby is, granted. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of December, A.D. , 1981.
