RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF MR. AND MRS. JACK THOMPSON
FOR A PRINCIPAL DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT
ON A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS PART OF SECTION 13 ,
TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RNAGE 65 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD
COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Jack Thompson have applied to the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a
permit to place a mobile home on the following described real
estate, as a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied
in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 13th day of May, 1981, considered the request
of Mr. and Mrs . Jack Thompson for a mobile home as a principal
dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly described as
follows:
Part of Lots 23 and 24 , and part of the
Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quar-
ter of Section 13 , Township 3 North,
Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the applicants , finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Mr. and
Mrs . Jack Thompson for permission to place a mobile home on the
above described parcel of land as a principal dwelling be, and
hereby is, granted.

Dear Mr. Adams:
We have reviewed information pertaining to the proposal for re-
zoning referenced above. The applicant wishes to transfer a mobile
home zoning from accessory to farm to principal residence . Water
to this existing mobile home is provided by a well (permit #117868)
which may or may not be constructed at this time. This office has
no objection to this proposal, as it appears to be within the permit
conditions .
