Please find attached two (2) originals of the Affidavit for Water Lines and Affidavit
• for Septic Permit. These Affidavits are being sent to meet the final requirements for
submittal of the above referenced Amended SUP as set forth in our meeting of Friday,
May 41h. As discussed in our meeting, it is our understanding that with this submittal the
electrical permit will be released to process.

1. I am a Senior Landman with Kerr-McGee Gathering LLC.
2. I contacted the both the Town of Hudson and the Central Weld County
Water District by telephone on Friday, May 4, 2007 to inquire if the
Hudson Compressor Station ("Station") is within the water service area of
either entity. Both entities indicated that the Station is outside of their
service areas and that they have no water lines within four hundred feet
(400') of the Station.

1. I am a Senior Landman with Kerr-McGee Gathering LLC.
2. I reviewed the records of the Weld County Health Department and did not
locate a septic permit for the septic tank located at Kerr-McGee's Hudson
Compressor Station. Assuming the septic system was installed at the time
the Hudson Station was built (circa 1973), septic permits were not
required. Consequently, we have not been able to locate a permit in our
files or in the files of the Weld County Health Department.
