I reviewed the records of the Weld County Health Department and did not locate a septic permit for the septic tank located at Kerr-McGee's Hudson Compressor Station. Assuming the septic system was installed at the time the Hudson Station was built (circa 1973), septic permits were not required. Consequently, we have not been able to locate a permit in our files or in the files of the Weld County Health Department.
