RE: GRANT REQUEST OF LARRY E. O'BRIAN TO PRE-ADVERTISE THE APPLI-
CATION FOR A USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW CONCERNING J-BAR-B, INC. ,
BAILEY PIT
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado , and
WHEREAS , Larry E. O'Brian, President of Environment, Inc.
representing J-Bar-B, Inc. , submitted a letter to the Board of
County Commissioners requesting that the Use by Special Review
application be pre-advertised, and
WHEREAS , a copy of said letter is attached hereto and incor-
porated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS , after review, the Board deems it appropriate to
grant said request to pre-advertise this matter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Larry
E. O'Brian to pre-advertise the application for a Use by Special
Review for J-Bar-B, Inc. , Bailey Pit be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of
July, A.D. , 1984 .

Use by Special Review Procedural Guide issued by the Weld
County Department of Planning Services .

of the Use by Special Review application, we state that all
costs associated with the advertisement of the legal notice
will be paid by the applicant upon presentation of a billing
