RE: APPROVAL TO ELIMINATE PETTY CASH FUND AT THE FRATERNITY HOUSE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on December 15, 1980 the Board of County Commissioners established
a petty cash fund in the amount of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($250.00) for the
Fraternity House, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration has recommended that
said petty cash fund be eliminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado that the petty cash fund for the Fraternity House be,
and hereby is, eliminated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado that the Director of Finance and Administration is authorized to transfer
the TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($250.00) in the Fraternity House petty cash
fund to the General Fund.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 9th day of November, A.D. , 1981.
