HomeMy WebLinkAbout840060.tiff RESOLUTION RE : APPROVAL OF ABSTRACT OF ASSESSMENT SUBMITTED TO THE STATE TAX ADMINISTRATOR AND AUTHORIZATION FOR CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD TO SIGN SAME WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado Statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Herb Hansen, Weld County Assessor, has prepared an abstract of assessment which must be submitted to the State Tax Administrator, and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, deems it in the best interest of Weld County to approve said abstract of assessment and authorize the Chairman of the Board to sign same. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the aforementioned abstract of assessment be, and hereby is, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman of the Board be, and hereby is, authorized to sign same.
