RE: APPROVE REASSIGNMENT AND APPOINTMENT TO CHILD PROTECTION CITIZEN
REVIEW PANEL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Child Protection Citizen Review Panel, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Stacey Aurzada be reassigned to said board
as the regular member representative, to replace Tracey McCoy, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that James Upward be appointed to said board as
an alternative member representative, to replace Stacey Aurzada, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reassign Stacey Aurzada to said board, with
a term to expire March 4, 2009, and to appoint James Upward as an alternative member
representative, with a term to expire March 4, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Stacey Aurzada be, and hereby is, reassigned to the Child Protection
Citizen Review Panel, with a term to expire March 4, 2009, and James Upward be, and hereby is,
appointed to said Board, with a term to expire March 4, 2010.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 15th day of October , A.D., 2007.
