Home My WebLink About20071083.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVECREATEWELD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE AND APPOINT MEMBERS AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS,the Board deems it necessary to create and appoint members to a committee for the purpose of reviewing the Weld County Comprehensive Plan and recommending any changes thereto which the committee deems necessary, and WHEREAS,said committee shall be called the"Weld County Comprehensive Plan Review Committee,"and shall exist until such time as it makes its recommendations to the Board,to be no later than December 31, 2008. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,Colorado,that a committee for the purpose of reviewing the Weld County Comprehensive Plan and recommending any changes it deems necessary, be, and hereby is, created, said committee being formally named the"Weld County Comprehensive Plan Review Committee,"to exist until such time as it makes its recommendations to the Board, to be no later than December31, 2008. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that that the Weld County Comprehensive Plan Review Committee shall consist of the following members: Marc Arnusch, Diana Aungst (Windsor-Severance representative), Bruce Fitzgerald, Karla Grieser, Art Terrazas, Richard Macomber(southwest representative),Fred Walker,Karen Sekich,Julie Cozad,Stan Everitt,Larry Rogstad, Tom Honn, Bill Hall, Tom Holton (Planning Commission representative), and Pam Shaddock (City of Greeley representative). 2007-1083 VS BC.2/©�7 570 CREATE WELD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE AND APPOINT MEMBERS PAGE 2 The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of April, A.D., 2007.
