Garcia, Robert D. Masden, and Douglas Rademacher, with Commissioners David E. Long and William H. Jerke being excused, and WHEREAS,notice of such meeting and an opportunity to be present has been given to the taxpayer and the Assessor of said County, with said Assessor, Christopher Woodruff, being present, and taxpayer Town of Firestone, not being present, and WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners have carefully considered the attached petition, and are fully advised in relation thereto.
