This is official notification from Asphalt Specialties Co. , Inc. that we are withdrawing
the subject application to amend the Use by Special Review (2AmUSR-249) submitted in July
2005. It is understood by all parties that the current operations at the site will
continue with the conditions approved in November 1974 as SUP-249 and later amended in
October 1981.
Thank you for your attention to this matter and please let me know if there is anything
more that you need from me to close this case file.
