RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF FREDERICK HEPNER TO NOXIOUS WEED
MANAGEMENT ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,a vacancy currently exists on the Noxious Weed ManagementAdvisory Board,
and
WHEREAS,it has been recommended that Frederick Hepner be reappointed to said board,
to replace Scott Houston, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Frederick Hepner to said board,with
a term to expire August 19, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Frederick Hepner be, and hereby is, appointed to the Noxious Weed
Management Advisory Board, with a term to expire August 19, 2009.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 18th day of June, A.D., 2007.
