Complaint letter regarding Mobile home
The mobile home at is located on the following property:
The North%of Southeast X of section 17,township 10 North,range 66 West of the sixth P.M.,has
the following profflems:
This mobile homejhas been placed there without a permit.There is no door and the insulation blows
onto our propertyithat is adjacent to the south side of the above mentioned property.This Insulation is
hazardous to our animals.In addition,one corner of the mobile home Is sinking into the ground.The
owner has not maintained the mobile home since it was placed there approximately one year ago.In
addition,this dettiriorating mobile home constitutes a fire hazard due to lack of maintenance.
The owner should;either remove or fix the mobile home.

Dear Roger Caruso,
This is a letter of complaint for erection of towers located at the following:
N2 of the SE4 of section 17, TI0N, R66W of the 6'"P.M. Weld County, Colorado '/4 mile
north of the section line 4 CR116 and West of land adjacent to State highway 85.

We feel the towers and facility will not be maintained properly. This
stems from the fact that a mobile home has set on this property for about a
year and has been allowed to deteriorate, there was never a permit purchased
for this mobile home. We feel that the towers would create a hazard due to
the fact that it is extremely windy in this area most of the time. The
negative impact of traffic during construction would cause a safety concern.
The maintenance traffic would also be a factor of safety. There is a limited
access road and we will not agree to any expanded access for any reason.
These towers will attract many kinds of people and the vandalism to the
facility as well as our home would greatly increase.
• EXHIBIT
• We were told that it would provide cell phone coverage to this area;
however, we already have cell phone coverage, so this is not needed. The
towers will depreciate our property value, should we decide to sell our home
in the future. One of the main reasons for moving to the country was for a
clear view and the erection of these towers would obstruct that view. There
is also the possibility of a fire danger. We have a volunteer fire department
with a small crew. The time response is a lot longer than with a paid
department. In general, it would become an" eye sore" and would impede
the serenity of the country side.
Lastly the gentleman that are wanting this to happen have a radio
station in Cheyenne, Wy and live out of our district (Andrea Neidig-
Lafayette, Co-William Neidig-Lafayette, Co- Edwardo Neidig- no address-
• area code-303). There is nothing put in the Planning and Zoning paper
about this.

Dear Roger Caruso,
We are sending you a copy of the petition that people in our small neighborhood
have signed. The petition states that we do not want to change the look of our area. It
has been pointed out William Andrea&Neidig Edwardo have proposed to put towers in
the flood zone. Putting the towers in this flood zone could make for a very big mess.
I am hoping that you take all of this in to consideration and help us to keep the
• natural surroundings as is.
