A regular meeting of the Weld County Board of Adjustment was held on Tuesday,July 3,2007,in the Hearing
Room of the Department of Planning Services,918 101h Street,Greeley,Colorado. The meeting was called to
order by Chair Bruce Fitzgerald at 1:30 p.m.

REQUEST: Appeal of an administrative decision regarding the use of
the property (Section 23-3-240.E.) in the C-4 (Highway
Commercial)Zone District.
The Chair read the case into record and stated that the applicant is requesting to withdraw his application. A
letter from the applicant's representative, Mr. Brazil,dated June 20,2007 was received by the Department of
Planning Services requesting their withdrawal.
Chad Auer moved to accept the withdrawal of Case BOA-1049. Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 1:32 p.m.
