To whom it may concern:
There is a scheduled meeting with the Weld County Planning Commission for June the 19th at 1:30
p.m. regarding the property located at 4871 Weld County Rd 7, Erie, Co 80516. We are applying
for a Special Use Permit to operate a rain gutter business on the property and Union Pacific
Railroad Company holds the mineral rights. We will be using the existing buildings to facilitate our
company's material and will not require additional buildings at this time. The work will be
performed offsite at residential and commercial jobsites. If there are any questions or concerns
please attend the meeting with the Weld County Planning Commission on June 19th at 1:30 p.m.
Due to an oversight we have missed the thirty-day deadline for notice to mineral estate owners.
We have applied for another meeting with the Weld County Planning Commission and it is
tentatively July the 17th at 1:30 p.m. If there any questions or concerns and you cannot attend the
June 19Th meeting please attend the second on July 17th, 2007
