This CD contains the Final Environmental Impact Statement(FEIS)for the proposed Rockies
Western Phase Project,which involves the construction and operation of facilities by Rockies Express
Pipeline,LLC(Rockies Express);TransColorado Gas Transmission Company(TransColorado),and
Questar Overthrust Pipeline Company(Overthrust)in New Mexico,Colorado,Wyoming,Nebraska,
Kansas,and Missouri. The CD can be read by a computer with a CD-ROM drive. In addition,paper
copies of the FEIS have been placed in the public files of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission
and are available for public inspection at:
