SUBJECT: Correction of Legal Notice - USR-1594
Swift and Company, John Hulse, applicant
A Site specific development plan and a special review permit
for an agricultural service establishment primarily engaged
in performing agricultural, animal husbandry or horticultural
services on a fee or contract basis, including: animal waste
recycling or processing facilities (waste water treatment
facility) in the a (agricultural) zone district
The Department of Planning Services presented this case for consideration on March 6, 2007
to the Planning Commission for consideration. The Planning Commission on a vote of seven -
nil voted to favorably recommend approval to the Board of County Commissioners.
The Clerk to the Board's office notified planning staff of an incorrect legal description as noted
herein:
Incorrect Legal Description: Part of the SW4 of Section 31, T6N, R64W of the 6th P.M.,
Weld County, Colorado
Accurate Legal Description: Part of the SE4 of Section 31, T6N, R64W of the 6th P.M.,
Weld County, Colorado.
The Department of Planning Services requests the approval of the case as stipulated at the
March 6, 2007 Planning Commission hearing be upheld and forward this case to the Board of
County Commissioners for public hearing.
