RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE VACATION OF USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1249-JAMES AND TIA
PERRY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated March 8, 2000, the Board approved Use by Special
Review Permit#1249 for a Home Business Storage of commercial vehicles and building supplies
in the A (Agricultural)Zone District for Jim Perry on the following described real estate, to-wit:
Part of SE1/4 of Section 24, Township 1 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS,the Board has received a request from the current property owners,James and
Tia Perry, 17743 County Road 6, Brighton, Colorado 80603, to vacate said Use by Special Review
Permit#1249, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements
of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of the Department
of Planning Services staff and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having
been fully informed, deems it advisable to approve said vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Use by Special Review Permit #1249 be, and hereby is, vacated.

SUBJECT: Vacation of USR-1249
The Department of Planning Services has received the attached letter dated September 25,
2007 from James and Tia Perry. The Perry's are requesting that USR-1249 be vacated since
the use in no longer in operation.
Background information:
Legal Description: Part of SE4 of Section 24, Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th
P.M., Weld County, Colorado
Location: Approximately '/ mile west of CR 37 and north of and adjacent to CR 6.
USR-1249: USR-1249 was approved by the BOCC on March 8, 2000 for a home
business to store commercial vehicles and building supplies in the A
(Agricultural) Zone District
