Dear Ms. Montes:
This letter is in response to your faxed letter received by this office June 29, 2007, a copy of
which is enclosed. It is my understanding that you intend to have a private party at the El Rodeo
Night Club on July 3, 2007, from 5:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. The facility will be closed to the
public.
Please be advised that having a private party at the liquor licensed establishment is acceptable
under the Colorado Liquor Code; however, all rules set forth in the Code still apply. In addition
to all of the other rules set forth in the Code, there can be no serving to underaged attendees, and
the premises is still open during the party to inspection by law enforcement officials.

To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to request your approval, to have a wedding reception hosted at El Rodeo
Night Club on Tuesday July 3, 2007 from 5:30 p.m. to 12:00a.m. This is considered a
private party (invitation only) and the total number of guests will be between 80- 100. I
will be there to supervise this event and I will also have one other manager and three wait
staff along with four security guards. I appreciate your time on this review and if you
