RE : GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 892 - SCOTT AND LORI SCHREIBER
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 20th day of June, 1984, considered the request
of Scott and Lori Schreiber for a mobile home to be used as a
principal dwelling, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A-Agri-
cultural Zone District on a parcel of land more particularly
described as follows :
Lots 18-27 , Block 48, Barnesville, Section
18 , Township 6 North, Range 63 West of the
6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject
to the following conditions : 1) the applicant shall apply for a
building permit for the mobile home within thirty days from the
date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners; 2) a septic
permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet percolation test
requirements prior to the issuance of a building permit; 3) prior
to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit
evidence that the proposed well is supplying water in such a
manner as to be adequate in quality, quantity and dependability
for the proposed use; and 4) the mobile home shall not be occupied
until such time that the applicant has complied with Conditions 1,
2 and 3 above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Scott
and Lori Schreiber for permission to place a mobile home to be
used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land,
which was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld
County Zoning Ordinance be, and hereby is, granted subject to the
hereinabove listed conditions .

Location: In the unincorporated town of Barnesville; east of WCR 611 and
north of WCR 68
The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the reasons:

X Be compatible with the Weld County Comprehensive Plan
X Be compatible with the surrounding area
X Be in harmony with the character of the neighborhood
X Adversely affect the immediate area
X Be adequately served by water and sewage disposal
facilities
X_ Adversely affect the general health, safety and
welfare of the inhabitants of the area and the County
COMMENTS:
The Department of Planning Services has not received any objections regarding
this application.
The Department of Planning Services staff recommendation for approval is
conditional upon:
1. The applicant applying for a building permit for the mobile home within
thirty (30) days from the date of approval by the Board of County
Commissioners.
2. A septic permit shall be obtained and the site shall meet percolation
test requirements prior to the issuance of a building permit.
3. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the owner shall submit
evidence that the proposed well is supplying water in such a manner as to
be adequate in quality, quantity and dependability for the proposed use.
4. The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant
has complied with Conditions 1, 2 and 3 above.

To whom it may concern:
My wife and I would like to put a manufactored home on our property in
Barnesville. The home is a double-section home with the transportation
carriage being removed. That is no tires, axles or frame under the home.
We're putting the home on a perimeter concrete poured foundation. This
will be a permanent structure.
The loan is a Colorado Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) thirty year fixed
rate loan. The reason we went with this type of home and financing is
that it is less expensive than stick building at the higher interest
rates.
