RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Juvenile Community Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Joseph Murphy be appointed to said board, as
the regular Probation Representative, to replace Gil Trujillo, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Joe Gerber be appointed to said board, as the
alternate Probation Representative, to replace Thomas Harbaugh, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that John Miller be reassigned to said board from
the alternate Citizen Representative, to the regular Citizen Representative, to replace John
Cordova, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended Bill McAdams be appointed to said board as the
alternate Citizen Representative, to replace John Miller, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Joseph Murphy, Joe Gerber, and Bill
McAdams to said board, and to reassign John Miller to said board, all with terms to expire
November 1, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Joseph Murphy, Joe Gerber, and Bill McAdams be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Juvenile Community Review Board, and John Miller be, and hereby is, reassigned
to said board, all with terms to expire November 1, 2010.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the
