. RESOLUTION
RE: APPOINTMENT OF DON WARDEN AND COMMISSIONER BILL KIRBY TO THE
CHAMBER OF COMMERCE COMMITTEE ON LOCAL FINANCE.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a committee has been formed by the Greeley Area
Chamber of Commerce to study Weld County and the City of Greeley
finances, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners deems it advisable
to appoint Don Warden and Commissioner Bill Kirby to said committee
as ex-officio members to represent Weld County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Weld County, Colorado that Don Warden and Commissioner
Bill Kirby be, and hereby are, appointed as ex-officio members to
the Chamber of Coumierce Committee on Local Finance.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of
February, A.D. , 1981.
