Ryan:
Per the last e-mail in my file (dated October 29, 2007), the following items needed to be changed on the RE-4554
plat(with the exception of one item that I have removed):
1) Indicate existing access points.
2) Remove all structures (buildings, fences...)shown on the plat with the exception of wellheads and
tank batteries (because of the setback radius' pertaining to these items).
3) The easement certificate shall be removed.
4) Surveyor's Certificate should match Appendix 24-F of the Weld County Code.
Remaining RE-4554 conditions of approval:
Lot A shall use the existing agricultural access point for residential purposes as no additional accesses shall be
granted. The applicant will be required to verify that adequate site distance exists for the access point off of
County Road 20.25 with the Department of Public Works. Evidence of Department of Public Works approval shall
be provided to the Department of Planning Services.
The applicant shall provide the Weld County Department of Planning Services with a Statement of Taxes from the
Weld County Treasurer showing no delinquent taxes exist for the original parcel.
RS-1133 changes: •
1) Indicate existing access points.
2) Surveyor's certificate should match Appendix 24-F of the Weld County Code.
(I have the mylar sitting in the box adjacent to the Planner-On-Call Office).
All other items on this mylar were addressed with the exception of these two items. This mylar is currently in our
office.
One final question re: the septic system. Was the septic system properly abandoned when the house was
demolished??
RE: Mylar Costs:
RS-1133 plat =$21.00 (I did not see evidence of a receipt indicating that the recording fee had been paid.
RE-4554 =$11.00 for first page and $10.00 for any subsequent page.
RE: Drop off
Assuming all changes have been made for RE-4554 it can be dropped off at either office along with
evidence that all conditions of approval have been addressed.

Q- jaD
RS-1133 plat needs to be modified to include access and revise signature block. Also clarification re:the
septic system (that it has been properly abandoned).
If you have any questions, let me know.

I talked to Danna about the CDPHE's requirement for a septic system permit. Danna informed me that there was
a house on site at one point which would need a septic system but it has since been demolished and only mining
will be taking place at the site so there should be no requirement for a septic system permit. If that is the case,
do you think we are ready for recording?
If so, should we deliver it to you?
Do we take the mylars to the Weld County Annex or up to the main office in Greeley?
Any idea of what the cost will be?
Thanks so much for all your help!
