Re: Waterfront at Foster, Weld County, Colorado
Dear Mr. Ogle:
JR Engineering, acting as the town engineers for the Town of Mead, is in receipt of the
final site plan and roadway cross sections provided to us by Julie Cozad of Tetra Tech,
Inc. for the above-mentioned project. We have been requested to provide you with a
letter of support of their proposed access onto Weld County Road 7 and ROW widths for
both the internal and external roads.
We have reviewed the site plan and find that the access points onto WCR 7 are in
compliance with our current status of this roadway(Major Collector). We have also
reviewed the roadway cross sections provided to us by Tetra Tech and find that they meet
or exceed current Town of Mead standards
