RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF COORS ENERGY COMPANY FOR A
PRINCIPAL DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT ON
A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS PART OF THE SOUTHEAST
QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP
1 NORTH, RANGE 68 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY,
COLORADO.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Coors Energy Company have applied to the Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado for a permit
to place a mobile home on the following described real
estate, as a principal dwelling, and which is to be occupied
in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 16th day of September, 1981, considered the
request of Coors Energy Company for a mobile home as a principal
dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly described as
follows :
The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 25, Township 1 North, Range 68 West
of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the applicant, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of
Coors Energy Company for permission to place a mobile home
as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land
be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 16th
day of September, A.D. , 1981.

COMMENTS:
Coors as processing, maintenance, and related activities were approved with SUP-223.
There were no provisions for residences included on the SUP. Rather than go through
Special Use Permit requirement,, the staff ascertained the mobile home as a principal
dwelling and the second unit as accessory to the special use permit would be a
compatible procedure. The land slopes to the south and east. The Northglenn sewer
lagoon is to the south. These two mobile homes would provide around the clock
surveillance and maintenance of this plant. There are several mobile home in the
area in addition to the construction offices located on the Northglenn Sewer site.

Attention: Mr. Robert C. Adams
Dear Mr. Adams:
Enclosed are two applications requesting permission to locate mobile homes
at the Coors Energy Company Wattenberg gas processing plant. As instructed
by your letter of May 28, 1981, we are filing a principal dwelling for one
home and as an accessory to SUP-223 for the second home. Application fees
of $35.00 and $20.00 are submitted accordingly.
Sewage disposal will be accomplished with a septic tank system. Permit
for this system will be obtained from Weld County Health Department. Soil
percolation tests will determine size of the septic tank.
Water for the mobile homes will be supplied by the Coors water well located
at the plant site. A copy of the permit for this well is enclosed. It may
be necessary to supplement the well water with an outside source such as
Deep Rock water for drinking and cooking.
Coors Energy Company, by having two permanent employees residing at the plant
site, will be increasing the efficiency and safety of operations. With 24
hour surveillance seven days a week, there will be more efficient use of
manpower and quicker responses to potential problems.

Attached is a surveyor's plat of the Coors property showing distances from
the proposed home sites to various facilities on the property. The proposed
access route to the homes will parallel the western boundary of the property.
A copy of the Deed which includes a legal description is enclosed.
