valuation of the Weld County Assessor shall be, and hereby is, stipulated as follows:

The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted by

To Whom It May Concern,
I, J Edward Monson, am protesting the evaluations of the property listed above. J& M
Partnership does not understand how you can INCREASE the evaluation by $210,459.00
after the information that was included in the protest that was sent in previously. I have
included a copy of the last protest that was sent in on May 29, 2007. J& M Partnership
would like to know why there was another increase.

Dear Mr. Woodruff,
I, J Edward Monson, am protesting the evaluations of the property listed above. The first
issue is the property that the assessor's office has listed as commercial property. Due to
zoning problems with Weld County, J &M Partnership has not been able to rent this
property out since January of 2006 because Weld County states that this property is in an
agricultural zone. Below is the income and expenses for this property for the last three
and a half years.
Income Jan. 1, 2004-May 29, 2007 $18, 500.00
Expenses Jan. 1, 2004-May 29, 2007
Utilities $ 4,808.90
Repairs $ 619.15
Net Income $13,071.95
This does not include the Property Taxes that have been paid for the last three and a half
years for this particular property. I have attached the accounting ledgers for the above
information. Due to this I feel the evaluation should change to an agricultural building
and the value should not increase.
Also on this parcel number is an ag residential home that Weld County has raised the
value by $12,084. J& M Partnership also rents this home. I have attached the income
and expense information for this home, and pictures. As you can see by the pictures that
this home needs some work. The value of this property should not increase.
