By your own admission, we were overcharged in the year 2005. We are petitioning for
the overage,
As the previous owner paid $ 418528, the previous year (see attached sheet) and we were
charged
$692483. Thank you for lowering the amount this year 2007 to the correct amount of
$535,000.
In the year 2006 we refinanced our house and could only qualify for $600,000. Therefore
we are
Asking you to reimburse us for the overage from $600,000-$692,483 as our
house/property was
