Dear Mr. Guthman;
We have completed the improvements per Improvements Agreement AM-USR1416 at
our warehouses located at 26986 County Road 18, Kecnesburg, CO 80643. We paid
$3,545,00 to the Weld County Board of County Commissioners on July 20, 2005 as a
financial guarantee for these improvements.
This letter is a request for reimbursement of our financial guarantee funds. If you have
