The case is described as follows: A change of zone from A(Agricultural) to PUD for eight (8) residential lots for E(Estate) uses along with 7.071 acres of open space. This case is scheduled to be heard by the Planning Commission on August 7, 2007. The earliest Board of County Commissioners hearing date available for this case is August 29, 2007. The Department of Planning Services has no opposition to the applicant's request of a pre-advertisement hearing. The soonest hearing date available is September 5, 2007. However, it should be noted that the applicant still needs to apply for final plat approval if the change of zone application is approved.
