CERTIFICATE NO. 3/1978 - 14567 IMPROVEMENTS ON PT L8, BLK 4
EAST SIDE EATON (OUT) (14566A YANES) IN THE AMOUNT OF $17. 81
WHEREAS., the Board. of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Treasurer has requested authori-
o w zation to cancel County Tax Certificate No. 3/1978, on the im-

provements only, on Part of Lot 8 , Block 4, East Side Eaton (Out) ,

as the improvements thereon were destroyed by fire, and

WHEREAS., the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,

to cannel said tax sale certificate as requested by the Weld

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County. Com-

be, and hereby is, authorized to cancel County Tax Certificate

The Weld County Treasurer's Office requests a resolu-
tion to cancel Certificate #3/1978 on the above de-
scribed mobile home. The Assessor's Office has
informed us that the building had burned and nothing
remains. (Please see attached letter) .

Dear Mike:
On September 16, 1982 one of our Field Appraisers checked the above
referenced property. According to his appraisal the building had been
burned at some time and nothing remains but a pile of junk.
This assessment is being removed from the 1982 tax rolls,
