RE: CHANGE OF ZONE,CZ#1141 FROM THE A(AGRICULTURAL)ZONE DISTRICT TO THE
1-3 (INDUSTRIAL) ZONE DISTRICT - WRIGHT INVESTMENT GROUP, INC.
A public hearing was conducted on October 31, 2007, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner David E. Long, Chair
Commissioner William H. Jerke, Pro-Tem
Commissioner William F. Garcia
Commissioner Robed D. Masden
Commissioner Douglas Rademacher
Also present:

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated October 5, 2007, and duly published October 10,
2007, in the Fort Lupton Press, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Wright
Investment Group, Inc., for Change of Zone, CZ#1141, from the A (Agricultural)Zone District to
the 1-3 (Industrial) Zone District. Cyndy Giauque, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter
of record. Chris Gathman, Department of Planning Services,stated the applicant's representative,
Linn Leeburg, Leeburg and Associates, has submitted a written request, marked Exhibit F,
requesting a withdrawal of the application.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Jerke moved to approve the request of Wright Investment Group, Inc., to withdraw
the application for Change of Zone, CZ #1141, from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to the
1-3 (Industrial)Zone District, based on the request of the applicant. The motion was seconded by
Commissioner Masden,and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion,the hearing
was completed at 10:25 a.m.

SUBJECT: Withdraw CZ-1141 Wright Investments
The Department of Planning Services is in receipt of an email dated October 23, 2007
from Linn Leeburg with Leeburg and Associates representing Wright Investment Group
Inc. Mr. Leeburg is requesting that CZ-1141 for a Change of Zone from A (Agricultural)
Zone District to 1-3 (Industrial) Zone District be withdrawn. The Department of Planning
Services is in support of this request.
The sign announcing the Board of County Commissioners hearing was posted on
October 9, 2007 by staff.
The site is located south of and adjacent to State Highway 52 and approximately %
miles east of County Road 23 comprising of approximately 13.64 acres.
The Planning Commission heard this case on September 18, 2007 and is
recommending denial of the application.
