RE: DIRECTING CLERK TO THE BOARD TO HAVE PUBLISHED EMERGENCY
ORDINANCE NO. 237-B, IN THE MATTER OF SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION
FOR THE YEAR 2007
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, on the 3rd day of December, 2007,
reviewed the necessity of publishing Emergency Ordinance No.237-B,Supplemental Appropriation
for 2007, and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be directed to have
published said Emergency Ordinance No. 237-B.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Clerk to the Board be, and hereby is, directed to have published
Emergency Ordinance No. 237-B, Supplemental Appropriation for 2007, said publication to be on
December 5, 2007.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 3rd day of December, A.D., 2007.
