RE : GRANT MOBILE HOME REQUEST OF COLHALAR COMPANY, INC. , FOR
A PRINCIPAL DWELLING IN AN AGRICULTURAL ZONE DISTRICT
ON A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS PART OF THE SOUTHEAST
QUARTER OF SECTION 13 , TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 66 WEST
OF THE 6TH P.M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado state and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Colhalar Company, Inc. , has applied to the
Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, for
a permit to place a mobile home on the following described
real estate, as a principal dwelling, and which is to be
occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, and
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, on the 28th day of October, 1981, considered the
request of Colhalar Company, Inc. for a mobile home as a
principal dwelling on a parcel of land more particularly
described as follows :
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 13 ,
Township 3 North, Range 66 West of the 6th
P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners , having heard
the applicant, finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of
Colhalar Company, Inc. for permission to place a mobile home
as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land
be, and hereby is, granted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly
made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th
day of October, A.D. , 1981.

south and east. Closest residence is approximately a k mile to the Southeast. Land usage
is mainly dry pasture, some oil and gas activity in the area. Setbacks are more than
adequate.
