RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF H. DANIEL FAHRENHOLTZ TO THE FAMILIES,
YOUTH, AND CHILDREN COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Families, Youth, and Children Commission,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dr. H. Daniel Fahrenholtz be reappointed to
said board as the physician position representative, out of necessity, as he is the only physician
volunteer for said committee, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Dr. H. Daniel Fahrenholtz to said
board, with term to expire December 31, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Dr. H. Daniel Fahrenholtz be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Families,
Youth, and Children Commission, with a term to expire December 31, 2010.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 26th day of December, A.D., 2007.
