The applicant for USR-1589, Roland Wagner has addressed the following item prior to scheduling a
Board of County Commissioners hearing:
The applicant has not delineated any on-site sign(s). If any on-site sign(s) are desired
the Department of Planning Services shall be notified in writing. If the applicant does not
notified the Department of Planning Services the sign shall adhere to Article IV Division
2 of the Weld County Code. Further, the location of the sign, if applicable shall be
delineated on the USR plat. The applicant has submitted a letter dated 3/6/07
indicating that they will have one sign 4'X 8'located on the eastern building.
