was agreed upon by the Assessor and said petitioner(s), and

valuation of the Weld County Assessor shall be, and hereby is, stipulated as follows:

VALUED FOR SALES MADE DURING 01/01/05 AND
06/30/06. FURTHER THE CORRECT VALUE FOR THIS TIME
FRAME SHOULD BE ABOUT $175,000.00.
ENCLOSED IS A LIST OF SIMILAR PROPERTIES SOLD
DURING THIS TIME FRAME, RANGING IN VALUE FROM
$136.000 AND $190,668. ALTHOUGH LIMITED TO FIVE
PROPERTIES IT IS STILL POSSIBLE TO OBTAIN
BALLPARK FIGURES FOR PROPERTY VALUES IN THIS
AREA. OUR HOME, WHILE NOT AT THE TOP FOR
