valuation of the Weld County Assessor shall be, and hereby is, stipulated as follows:

PETITION TO THE COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
Last year our valuation on our buildings was $148 , 871 .
This year it was $319, 866, then adjusted to $306,609 .
( still more than double)
After looking at the Property Profiles of many of our
neighbors we found that our buildings are valued the
highest, eventhough all our buildings are 30 to 100 years
old. We spoke to several neighbors who stated that their
valuations had gone down.
Enclosed are copies of the Property Profiles of six of
our nearest neighbors. Taking an average of the value of
their buildings (not including land) comes to $131 , 576
each. This is close to what our valuation was last year -
$148, 871. Since there have been no changes on our property
we feel there is an error somewhere and ask you to please
review the valuation on our buildings.
