HomeMy WebLinkAbout820442.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 575 - ROBERT MOODY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 7th day of April, 1982, considered the request of Robert Moody for a mobile home to be used as more than one mobile home as an accessory to farm use on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District more particularly described as follows : Part of the SEa, Section 30, T5N, R65W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners , having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub- ject to the following conditions : 1) applicant shall submit documentation from the Weld County Health Department that the disposal system is adequate; 2) applicant shall submit documen- tation of an adequate water supply for the mobile home; and 3) applicant shall obtain a building permit for the mobile home. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com- missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Robert Moody for permission to place a mobile home to be used as more than one mobile home as an accessory to farm use on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the conditions above listed. pLooi^� 8 20 44 2 The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of April, A.D. , 1982. The application indicates water would be supplied from an existing well, how- ever, no information is provided. The information presented indicates there are currently 3 houses on this property. Colorado Revised Statutes (1973) 37-92-602 sets criteria for exempt wells. This statute provides that certain wells serving no more than three single family dwellings may be considered exempt from administration. A well serving more than three dwellings would not benefit from exempt tstastatus usaaand would be subject to curtailment unless supported by an augur Since it appears the mobile home would become the fourth dwelling to be served by this well, we would not recommend approval.
