RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND USE
BY SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1580 FOR A HOME BUSINESS (MANUFACTURING
STEEL FRAMES FOR STEEL WASHERS) IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE
DISTRICT - JUSTIN AND ANDREA DAVIS
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 14th day of
February, 2007,at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing
the application of Justin and Andrea Davis, 65898 Weld County Road 99,Grover,Colorado 80729,
for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit #1580 for a Home
Business(manufacturing steel frames for steel washers)in the A(Agricultural)Zone District on the
following described real estate, to-wit:
Part of the SW 1/4 of Section 32,Township 12 North,
Range 60 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS,the applicants were unable to attend the hearing for personal reasons,and the
Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to March 7,2007,when the applicant would be
able to attend, and
WHEREAS,on March 7,2007,the applicants were not present due to confusion regarding
the scheduled hearing time,and the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matterto March 14,
2007, when the applicant would be able to attend, and
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be
approved and the matter should be continued to March 14, 2007, at 10:00 a.m.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that the abovementioned matter be,and hereby is,continued to March 14,2007,
at 10:00 a.m.
