RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO NOXIOUS WEED MANAGEMENT ADVISORY
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,vacancies currently exist on the Noxious Weed Management Advisory Board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that George Beck and Scott Pruett be reappointed
to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint George Beck and Scott Pruett to
said board, with terms to expire August 19, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that George Beck and Scott Pruett be, and hereby are, reappointed to the
Noxious Weed Management Advisory Board, with terms to expire August 19, 2010.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 24th day of September, A.D., 2007.
