RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS REGARDING VIOLATION VI#0600211
AGAINST KEN FAWCETT FOR VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY CODE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Ken Fawcett, VI #0600211, is allegedly in violation of the Weld County Code,
and
WHEREAS, despite efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter, the violation has
not been corrected, and
WHEREAS, on the 13th day of February,2007, a public hearing was held before the Board
of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and
WHEREAS, Ken Fawcett, property owner, was present at said hearing, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to continue said matter until April 10, 2007, to
allow adequate time for the property owner to submit the documentation he has regarding moving
this structure to said property to the Department of Planning Services and the County Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that VI #0600211 against Ken Fawcett be, and hereby is, continued to
April 10, 2007,to allow adequate time for the documentation regarding the manufactured structure
being moved to the property to be reviewed by the Department of Planning Services and the
County Attorney's Office.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 13th day of February, A.D., 2007.
