RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 632 - RUNALDO PINO
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 28th day of July, 1982, considered the request
of Runaldo Pino for a mobile home to be used as a principal
dwelling on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an
A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as
follows:
Part of the NE4 of Section 25, T1N,
R67W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted
subject to the following condition: The subject property
exists within a one-hundred (100) floodplain boundry and shall
require a flood hazard development permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of
Runaldo Pino for permission to place a mobile home to be used
as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land,
which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning
Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted subject to
the condition as listed above.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 28th day of
July, A.D. , 1982.

MOBILE HOMES. THE BUILDING PERMIT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE BUILDING INSPECTION DIVISION,
ROOM 342, CENTENNIAL CENTER, 915 10th STREET, GREELEY, COLORADO, AFTER APPROVAL OF THE
ZONING PERMIT.
A sketch plan is required as part of the application review. Please attach a sketch plan
of the site at the scale of one inch represents fifty feet or other suitable scale to show
the proposed location of the mobile home, including distances from the property lines and
other structures on the property; access to the mobile home, indicating whether the access
is existing or porposed; location and measurements of any easements or right-of-ways;
amount of road frontages; identification of any county, state of federal roads or highways;
and any existing structures on the property.
