HomeMy WebLinkAbout820471.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 632 - RUNALDO PINO WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado on the 28th day of July, 1982, considered the request of Runaldo Pino for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the parcel of land, which is to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone District, more particularly described as follows: Part of the NE4 of Section 25, T1N, R67W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following condition: The subject property exists within a one-hundred (100) floodplain boundry and shall require a flood hazard development permit. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Runaldo Pino for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the condition as listed above.
