In our design review meeting, we asked the applicant to provide a plat drawing to scale. A new plat drawing dated January 11, 2007, was provided. WCR 22 is designated as a strategic roadway requiring a 140-foot right-of-way at full build out. There is presently a 60-foot right-of- way. The applicant needs to identify the future right-of-way on the plat drawing showing the 70- foot right-of-way from the centerline/section line of WCR 22. These items need to be placed on the plat drawing as to determine setbacks and future rights-of-way. Once these items have clearly been identified on the plat drawing, please resubmit for verification. The future right-of-way should be identified and labeled as "reserved for future widening". The idea of placing right-of-way and future right-of-way is that the applicant will not build any permanent structures within this right-of-way. pc: Td AmUSR-1002 M:\PLANNING-DEVELOPMENT REVIEW\USR-Use by Special Review\3rd AmUSR-1002-B.DOC EXHIBIT Sr- 3 Hello
